This is a twelve (12) hour course based on eight (8) basic principles.

6 - Adjust my Expectations
7 - Forgive but don't Forget
8 - retreat and Think Things Over
A certificate of completion will be issued at the completion of the course and payment in full. I am certified to teach anger management in all 50 states; and this course is accepted by most courts across the USA.
